Our take on the classic lemon bar is infused with a ribbon of sweet and tangy blackberry jelly. The result is a gorgeous, swirled dessert that tastes as amazing as it looks.

Ingredients:

Crust:

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Filling:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Superman Blackberry jelly (warmed slightly)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of blackberry jelly into filling and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for another 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
