Our take on the classic lemon bar is infused with a ribbon of sweet and tangy blackberry jelly. The result is a gorgeous, swirled dessert that tastes as amazing as it looks.

Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
Filling:
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Superman Blackberry jelly (warmed slightly)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine crust ingredients and press into a greased baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
- Mix eggs, sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of blackberry jelly into filling and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for another 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
